Preparing for a new family member is exciting but sometimes overwhelming, not only for the mom to be, but for other family members as well.

Your partner may feel left out because everyone is paying attention to you. If you are planning to quit your job to stay home with your baby, they may feel more pressure because they’ll be the sole breadwinner. They may also feel that you do not have enough time for them. During pregnancy, a woman’s sex drive can either rev up or shift into neutral or do both within the same week. Once the new baby arrives it is natural for your other children to be jealous of a new baby. Preparing you and your family for pregnancy and the new family member ahead of time will help them adjust to the new situation and allow love to grow.

We offer support classes guided by a psychologist where you can exchange your experience and get advice on how to prepare your partner and children for the new baby.

Note: Only Complete Women Care patients can attend the support classes for free. If you are not a Complete Women Care Patient, a fee of $50 will apply.
